How reviews work
Written by guests, read by our team
Who writes them
Guests who stayed
After check-out, each guest gets one email with a link to review their stay, also under My bookings. Only they can write one.

Read by our team
Our team reads every review before it appears, and leaves out those that share personal details, advertise or offend.
As written
Never edited
We publish a review exactly as the guest wrote it, or not at all, with the photos they took during their stay.
